Shipment & Delivery

Print On-Demand and Drop Shipping service starts when you place your order. Our printing partners will take about 2–7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

After fulfillment, Printful will ship the order, using the Carrier you choose. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Shipping Costs

Our site use Live Rates, a shipping algorithm that will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment based on these factors: where it’s fulfilled, where it’s shipping, the selected shipping method, and the shipping speeds and prices of our carriers. For your convenience, list of carriers is grouped into a handful of shipping methods.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If the customer notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, should contact DOGGYGRAPHICS, sending detailed information and photos of the issue if possible.

DOGGYGRAPHICS will review replacement/return requests only if:

  • there is a missing or broken Product,
  • or a print error if Printful is at fault and
  • Printful receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.

Replacement of Products for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Printful investigation and discretion.

Wrong Address – If the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the customer.

Returned by Customer – Customers should contact DOGGYGRAPHICS before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
