General Information
This agreement governs your use of DOGGYGRAPHICS.COM site and service, including all orders made or processed for products or services in connection with the site and service, and the user Forums which DOGGYGRAPHICS makes available.
You and DOGGYGRAPHICS are the parties to this agreement. No exceptions to these terms are effective unless DOGGYGRAPHICS has agreed to them in writing.
DOGGYGRAPHICS may change these terms from time to time. If DOGGYGRAPHICS makes changes to these terms, you will be notified and asked to accept the new terms as a condition of continuing to use DOGGYGRAPHICS.COM site and service. If you disagree with any amendments, you must stop using DOGGYGRAPHICS.COM site and service.
Use of the Site and Service Generally
DOGGYGRAPHICS owns all intellectual property and other rights, title and interest in and to its site and service (except for user-provided content). Your use of the site and service does not grant you any right, title or interest to these properties. You may only use the site and service according to DOGGYGRAPHICS’s terms, rules, and guidelines found on its site, and DOGGYGRAPHICS may revoke this license and limit your access to the site and service according to Section 15 (Termination of Access).
You may not
- interfere with the site and service by using viruses or any other programs or technology designed to disrupt or damage any software or hardware;
- modify, copy, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any technology used to provide the site and service;
- use a robot or other automated means to monitor the activity on or copy information or pages from the site and service, except search engines, traffic counters, or similar basic performance monitoring technology;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- use any meta tags, search terms, keywords, or similar tags that contain DOGGYGRAPHICS’s name or trademarks;
- engage in any activity that interferes with another user’s ability to use or enjoy the site and service, including activity that places a disproportionate burden on the site and service compared to ordinary use from a single, ordinary user;
- assist or encourage any third party in engaging in any activity prohibited by this agreement; or
- use the site and service to promote hate speech, obscenity, or any content that violates common sense education and social harmony standards.
Shopping Doggygraphics: Product Sales & Ordering
The DoggyGraphics Merchandise Shop
DOGGYGRAPHICS SHOP is designed and operated by DOGGYGRAPHICS, and provides custom, print on-demand merchandise with DOGGYGRAPHICS designs.
DOGGYGRAPHICS SHOP uses PRINTFUL Print On Demand and Drop Shiping services to fulfill users orders. Check here to know about Printful Terms and Conditions. By placing an order using DOGGYGRAPHICS.COM site and service, a customer makes a binding offer for a contract of sale with DOGGYGRAPHICS, and we will transfer our order to PRINTFUL Print On-Demand and Drop Shipping services. They will print and prepare your products and ship them to you.
IMPORTANT! DOGGYGRAPHICS doesn’t participate in the production or the shipping and delivery process. This is our partner’s job. DOGGYGRAPHICS is solely an intermediary in the sales process. Check Warranties and limitation Liability below.
Description of products
Whilst many component parts of our Products are standard, all Products available for purchase are described on their specific page on our Site and you can find extra information in https://www.printful.com/custom-products. We always try to represent each design as accurately as possible via photography and copy points provided by designers, artists or photographers. Before ordering, we invite you to have a close look at the Product description and design.
We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colors and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.
Sometimes during the manufacturing process Products can be damaged, obviously they won’t be shipped out to you (your Customers), however they can still be used for charitable purposes. Printful reserves the right to donate all damaged items with full or partial designs to charity and DOGGYGRAPHICS hereby waive its right to collect royalties or other fees regarding damaged Products that are donated.
Prices
All prices found on DOGGYGRAPHICS.COM site are final, and may change from time to time. Shipping and handling are billed and shown separately at checkout (or on invoices, if applicable). The shipping address and order amount may affect certain costs, and sales taxes may apply to some orders.
For customers ordering from outside the EU, all product prices are net of local taxes and fees unless otherwise indicated. If, according to applicable law, the goods are subject to sales taxes, import duties, import brokerage fees, or other taxes or fees in the recipient’s country, and if these are not already collected at checkout, then the customer has the sole responsibility to pay these taxes and fees.
Customers must pay the purchase price, applicable sales taxes, and shipping and handling charges immediately upon placing an order, without deduction.
Ordering
All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately.
DOGGYGRAPHICS will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number.
Before ordering, it is the user/customer responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.
Once you place your order, it might be not possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please contact DOGGYGRAPHICS. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address, phone number, or any other special requirements, please contact DOGGYGRAPHICS and we will do our best.
DOGGYGRAPHICS will send an order confirmation via e-mail to the customer and transfer the order to PRINTFUL. The order confirmation is not an acceptance of the offer, but only acknowledges that the order was received. The offer is only accepted when DOGGYGRAPHICS confirms that production has completed in a second e-mail. DOGGYGRAPHICS cannot guarantee the continued availability of any products or designs found on its site.
Information, drawings, figures, technical data, specifications of weight, measurements and services contained in brochures, catalogues, newsletters, ads, or price lists are purely informational. DOGGYGRAPHICS cannot guarantee the correctness of this information, and if there is any inconsistency between the information described above and the information in an order confirmation email, the order confirmation email controls.
DOGGYGRAPHICS reserves the right to reject orders for any reason or no reason. If DOGGYGRAPHICS rejects an order, it will notify the customer.
Payment
You can pay your products by Pay Pal or credit card. Payment will be to DOGGYGRAPHICS, who will pay in advance the printing, production and shipping of the products to its partner.
If the customer selects a payment method or provides payment information that makes it impossible or impractical for DOGGYGRAPHICS to receive payment (for example, the customer’s account lacks sufficient funds, or the customer provided incorrect payment information) through no fault of DOGGYGRAPHICS’s own, the customer agrees that DOGGYGRAPHICS may add an additional charge to the order to recoup costs associated with processing or attempting to process the impossible or impractical transaction.
Order Fulfillment
The Print On-Demand and Drop Shipping service is owned and operated by Printful Inc. (“Printful”). The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Printful – including, without limitation, Shipping, Pricing, Return, Privacy Policy and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Service.
Once you place your order, Printful takes about 2–7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.).

Delivery & Shipment
After fulfillment, Printful will ship the order, using the Carrier you choose. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why Printful made these tables to help you out.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/customer/buyer. The consignee authorizes Printful to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/customer/buyer agrees Printful may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Title to Products
Until DOGGYGRAPHICS receives full payment for an order and the order is shipped, title to the goods remains with DOGGYGRAPHICS. Upon transfer of the goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer. The customer should handle products with care until the transfer of ownership is complete (for example, in case of a product return).
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your the user/customer responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Order Completion
DOGGYGRAPHICS’s performance of an order is completed when the shipment provider completes delivery to the customer’s address, according to the records of the shipment provider. If there is an interruption of delivery, and DOGGYGRAPHICS cannot replace the order in a reasonable amount of time, DOGGYGRAPHICS will notify the customer immediately.
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If the customer notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, should contact DOGGYGRAPHICS, sending detailed information and photos of the issue if possible.
DOGGYGRAPHICS will review replacement/return requests only if:
- there is a missing or broken Product,
- or a print error if Printful is at fault and
- Printful receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.
Replacement of Products for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Printful investigation and discretion.
Wrong Address – If the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the customer.
Returned by Customer – Customers should contact DOGGYGRAPHICS before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Warranties
DOGGYGRAPHICS and its partners are dedicated to making our Services the best they can be, but we’re not perfect and sometimes things can go wrong. You understand that our Services are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty (express or implied). We are expressly disclaiming any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranties implied by a course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade.
DOGGYGRAPHICS provides the site and service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DOGGYGRAPHICS does not represent or warrant that the site and service or its use:
- will be uninterrupted, timely, safe, or secure
- will be secure or available at any particular time or location;
- will be free of inaccuracies, errors, or vulnerabilities, or any and all errors will be corrected;
- will meet your expectations or requirements, or
- will operate in the configuration or with the hardware or software you use.
You use the Services solely at your own risk.

You agree that DOGGYGRAPHICS has no responsibility for any damages suffered by you in connection with the site and service, and that use of the site and service, including all content, data or software distributed by, downloaded, or accessed from or through the site and service, is at your sole risk. You understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your business or your computer system or any loss of data that results from your actions and your use of the site and service. DOGGYGRAPHICS does not control or endorse in any respect any information, products, or services offered by third parties through the site and service, and is not responsible for any possible representations and warranties these third parties may make.
Due to normal changes in our industry and in our technical production processes, DOGGYGRAPHICS may reasonably deviate from the descriptions and information found in its brochures, catalogues, and other documents with respect to material, color, weight, measurements, design, or other features.
DOGGYGRAPHICS may use subcontractors or third parties to provide certain elements of its site and service. You agree that DOGGYGRAPHICS will not be liable to you in any way for your use of these services.
Liability Limits
You use DOGGYGRAPHICS.COM site and service at your own risk.
- DOGGYGRAPHICS is not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties. You release DOGGYGRAPHICS from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against DOGGYGRAPHICS or any related third parties.
- DOGGYGRAPHICS is not liable to you for any lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or relating to the site and service or any agreement between you and DOGGYGRAPHICS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- DOGGYGRAPHICS is not responsible for printing issues, product defects or delivery issues. Check Return Policy, above.
- DOGGYGRAPHICS cannot guarantee that colors and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.
Data Protection
DOGGYGRAPHICS collects and uses customers and users information according to its privacy policy. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for the securing their own information (including passwords), keeping your sensitive information confidential, and taking responsibility for actions taken in connection with their user account.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree that for the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities developed therein, Spanish legislation will be applied, to which the parties expressly submit, being competent for the resolution of all derived conflicts or related to its use the Courts and Courts closest to ÁVILA (SPAIN).
Termination of Access
DOGGYGRAPHICS may refuse to provide its site and service to you, in full or in part, effective immediately and without notice, for any reason or no reason, but especially if DOGGYGRAPHICS believes that you (or any others whom DOGGYGRAPHICS believes that you act in concert with) have violated or will violate any laws, rights, or term (or the spirit of any term) of any agreement you are a party to with DOGGYGRAPHICS, its affiliates, contractual partners, or users; or if DOGGYGRAPHICS believes in its sole discretion that your use of the site and service may create any risk (including any legal risk) for DOGGYGRAPHICS, its affiliates, contractual partners, or users. Limitation of access may include removal or modification of content that you have uploaded or otherwise sent to or through the site and service.
If DOGGYGRAPHICS exercises its rights, or if you delete your account, this entire agreement and any other agreements you have entered into with DOGGYGRAPHICS will survive indefinitely until otherwise terminated according to their terms, if applicable.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. This agreement (along with other policies found on DOGGYGRAPHICS.COM site and service) contains the entire agreement between the parties and replaces all prior oral and written agreements. No oral modifications, express or implied, may change the terms of this agreement. The parties have not relied on any representations or promises relating to the subject matter of this agreement except those contained within the four corners of this agreement.
Relationship of Parties. This agreement and other agreements relating to the site and service do not constitute a joint venture, partnership, agency, employment or fiduciary relationship between the parties, except when one is expressly stated. Neither party nor its agents have any authority to bind the other party, and the relationship of the parties is that of buyer and seller, or independent contractors in certain circumstances.
Successors, Assignment, and Delegation. This agreement inures to the benefit of and binds the successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators of the parties. However, you may not assign or delegate any right or duty under this agreement without written consent from DOGGYGRAPHICS. Any attempt to do so is null and void. If there is an involuntary assignment, then DOGGYGRAPHICS may reasonably request documentation from your successors or estate to prove that an involuntary assignment of your rights under this agreement has actually taken place.
Means of Notice. Written notices and other communications described herein may be made electronically and are effective when sent or published. You guarantee that the information provided in your orders or user account is accurate and hereby waive all rights or objections relating to not having received notices from DOGGYGRAPHICS because of incorrect or incomplete information.
Enforceability and Severability. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable with respect to particular circumstances, it will remain in full force and effect in all other circumstances.
Waivers. Waivers are only effective when in writing. If DOGGYGRAPHICS waives enforcement of a breach of any term of this agreement, later breaches of the same or other terms are not waived. Accepting late performance of any act or late fulfillment of any condition of this agreement is not a waiver of the act or condition itself.
Interpretation Rules. “Or” when used in a group of phrases or nouns intends to include any combination of all or any of the items in the group, and not merely one member or the other of such a group. When “includes” or “including” begins a list of items, the list is not exclusive. All headings used in this agreement are for convenience only, and are not to be taken into account when interpreting the meaning of any term of this agreement.
Conflicts. If there are any conflicts between this agreement and another agreement between you and DOGGYGRAPHICS, then the terms of that other agreement will control only to the extent they are inconsistent. Otherwise, any additional terms are supplementary to the terms of this agreement.
Reservation. DOGGYGRAPHICS reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This agreement does not and is not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person(s) other than the parties.
Minimum Age. Persons under the age of 13 may not use the site. DOGGYGRAPHICS will not collect, use, or disclose any personal information associated with a person under age 13.
Retroactive Application. You agree that your acceptance of this version of this agreement and all other agreements incorporated by reference apply retroactively to your use of the site and service prior to the effective date of this agreement.
